Malcolm Connolly
Co- Founder & Technical Director

Malcolm has a BEng (Hons)  in Chemical Engineering and over 8 years experience in the oil and gas industry in inspection and advanced non-destructive testing (including TOFD & Eddy Current). Malcolm reached Level 3 status as a Rope Access Team Leader & held both offshore and onshore project managements roles.

Aubrey Thompson
Chairman

 Aubrey is an accomplished entrepreneurial Chairman; his 25 years’ experience includes working in large multinationals and small company environments. He holds honours degree from Trinity College, Dublin and D.I.T, Dublin in Applied Physics and Applied Chemistry

Philip Buchan 

Commercial Manager

Philip has a BEng in Mechanical Engineering, MSc in Structural Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer. Philip has extensive work experience in understanding damage and damage detection in metallic and FRP composite materials and has published journal papers, conference papers and a book chapter on the subject. Philip also has an MBA specializing in finance and strategy.

Chris Fleming
Operations Manager

Chris has spent 15 years in the offshore inspection industry. Having worked in Australia, Dubai, Brunei and the North Sea he understands the needs of major oil companies. Chris holds Plant Inspector qualifications and has supervised inspection contracts internationally . Prior to joining Cyberhawk Innovations Chris was an Offshore Inspection Engineer on the Chevron Captain field for Lloyds Register in the North Sea.

Ian McGuff
Sales Manager

Ian has substantial sales and marketing experience. As Sales Director with Nortel Networks, Ian was responsible for North and South America as well as European markets. Ian also set up and managed regional offices in Singapore and Malaysia for large multi national companies. He has a B.Sc in Electronic Engineering.
